Shipping policy
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. While most orders ship on the same day they are placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification within 48 hours of placing your order, confirming that your shipment is on its way.
Local Pickup
Customers in the Marco Island, FL area can choose to pick up their orders from our warehouse office upon request. To do so, select "Local Pickup" as your shipping option at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email, and you can collect it from our front desk.

All orders are processed and shipped from Marco Island, FL.
Shipping Fees & Options
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $9 per package (USPS or UPS), typically arriving within 2-5 business days.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: $15 per package, shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us at support@truviditylabs.com before purchasing to inquire about shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@truviditylabs.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We assess such cases individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory resolution.
